Image Consulting and Wardrobe Styling

There is actual science behind how the outfit you are wearing has an impact on how you approach and relate to the world. There are studies on Science Direct's website that show that wearing something you love can have a direct effect on your cognitive process.

This science is known as enclothed cognition. When your brain links something you are wearing to the feeling of being powerful, attractive or confident, you are likely to emulate these characteristics when you wear these garments. Certain brands can elicit these feelings, or perhaps just the perfect fit in your clothing does the same.

All studies support the evidence that the way we dress has a direct effect on our self-esteem.
